Each of the trainers at Train Station are fully qualified and provide their own unique styles and motivating personalities to every session. Sessions vary in time from 30-60 minutes depending on your goals and limitations and we promise they’ll always be interesting and challenging. Your trainer will know precisely how to pump you up and get you to your goals!
Currently, Train Station offers 6 specialized semi-private training programs, each designed with a common goal. These programs vary from 3-10 people per group to ensure that you get individual attention and maximum results! Most of the programs run 3 times per week for 45 minutes. You can also get a meal plan full of tasty and easy recipes to accompany the training!

- Max Muscle: This program is designed to bulk you up and keep you lean! Your Training Program and Meal Plan is customized to increase your muscle mass for maximum gains!
- Ladies “Photo Finish” Transformation Bootcamp
