My name is Jordan and I lost 60 pounds over the last two years as well as added on a lot of lean mass. If you would have told me two years ago that I could look the way I do today I wouldn’t have thought it was possible. The truth is anyone can do it! Before I go on, I have to give a huge thanks to my buddy Lucas Stefanelli. Not only is he a good friend, but he has a lot of experience in the fields of training and nutrition and really helped guide me along every step of the way through the past two years. I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer to anyone who is looking to truly achieve their goals in physical fitness. To move on I wanted to outline the three main changes I made to get to this point.
1st You have to understand that nothing comes easy and this is going to take a lot of hard work to reach the goals you have set. This means, countless hours spent in the gym pushing yourself. I’ll be the first one to tell you though in the end it is worth it.
2nd Consistency is key when it comes to reaching your goals. You must go to the gym at least three times a week to truly get where you want to be. This means not missing a day because you’re tired or lazy. I found having a friend or personal trainer relying on me to come work out really helped guide me down the right path.
3rd And most importantly enjoy yourself! Understand that this won’t happen overnight and it is a long process. As you get closer and closer to your goals you will notice differences in your physique and energy levels and these differences will get you hooked. I think enjoying the process of bettering yourself each and every day is the main reason people stick with physical fitness. The truth is even when you reach your goals you will not be satisfied because bettering yourself becomes a lifestyle and you will find new goals to achieve.
