I am a CanfitPro certified personal trainer, a certified Artistic Swimming competitive coach, and a specialist in movement and mobility as well as shoulder programming. With my diverse background and expertise, I’m equipped to help you achieve your fitness goals and address any specific needs you may have.

I understand firsthand the gap between setting goals and achieving them. But no matter how daunting those goals may seem, with the right tools and support system, anything is possible! Let’s work together to turn your aspirations into reality.
